Coding Boot Camps Band Together to Boost Accountability

A coalition of 17 coding bootcamps has formed to gather and report outcomes, with metrics to be verified by an independent auditor. Because coding bootcamps aren’t accredited, reporting on job placement and other, similar metrics is an important way they prove value to prospective students. This coalition, called the Council on Integrity in Results Reporting, requires that bootcamps account for 100 percent of student outcomes at 90 and 180 days after graduation.
